Celestial Limousine Service - Policies
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Under age consumption of alcohol is prohibited. No exceptions. If a violation occurs, the reservation will be terminated immediately and passengers will be returned to point of pick-up. No refunds.
Possession of any illegal material, illegal substances or use of drugs in the vehicle by the client or any member of their party is prohibited and service will be terminated immediately.
Celestial Limousine Service, reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Chauffeur or company dispatcher feels that the client and or any member of their party, is putting the Chauffeur or vehicle in any danger of injury or damage.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damages or cleaning charges incurred during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party including but not limited to: vomit/sickness, broken or missing glassware, burns, upholstery tears, exterior scratches or dents caused by opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object. Applicable charges will apply.
Celestial Limousine Service is not liable for circumstances beyond our control
including but not limited to mechanical breakdown, traffic congestion, road closures, weather related problems, or acts of God / Mother Nature while on charter resulting in delays.
Celestial Limousine Service is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
No smoking.
Deposits
A credit card is needed to secure all reservations.
All limousines and hourly charters have a 4-hour minimum reservation policy.
A 30% non-refundable deposit (minimum of $100) is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Airport Transportation:
A cancellation or reschedule is accepted at no extra charge if requested 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. A 20% cancellation fee, based on the fare, will be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
A no-show fee will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location or cancels the reservation after our vehicle was dispatched. If you cannot locate your limousine, please call 720.289.9572 to avoid a no-show billing. A no show fee is the full cost of the reservation plus 20% driver fee, including wait time.
Celestial Limousine Service will allow a thirty (30) minute grace period after a scheduled domestic flight arrival time and a sixty (60) minute grace period after a scheduled international flight arrival time. If there has been no contact from the customer, the reservation will be dismissed and all applicable fees will apply.
Celestial Limousine Service monitors all flights and adjusts scheduling accordingly. We cannot guarantee availability of a vehicle when flights are more than 45 minute late.
Based on the fare, a 20% standard driver fee will be added to your bill. All out of pocket expenses, including tolls, parking, and airport fees, will also be added. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity to your driver it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 20% you have already paid for.
Additional stops en-route are charged $5.00 - 10.00 per stop in a sedan, $10.00 - 20.00 per stop in a stretch limousine, SUV or van.
Point-to-Point Transfers:
Celestial Limousine will grant a fifteen (15) minute grace period for all pickups. Once the grace period has elapsed, wait time is charged at $5.00 per five minute increment, from original scheduled pick-up time.
Based on the fare, a 20% standard driver fee, will be added to your bill. All out of pocket expenses including tolls, parking, and airport fees, will also be added. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity to your driver it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 20% you have already paid for.
Additional stops en-route are charged $5.00 - 10.00 per stop in a sedan, $10.00 - 20.00 per stop in a stretch limousine, SUV or van.
Hourly Charters (including weddings, bachelor(ette) packages, concerts, proms, etc) :
A cancellation fee is equal to the cost of trip plus 20% service fee will be charged for any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Deposit is non-refundable.
A cancellation is accepted at no extra charge (minus the deposit) if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
A no-show fee will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location or cancels the reservation after our vehicle was dispatched. If you cannot locate your limousine, please call 720.289.9572 to avoid a no-show billing. A no show fee is the full cost of the reservation plus 20% gratuity, including waiting time.
